Delivery Time

Delivery takes place within 2 to 7 working days from the date of payment receipt. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. We operate with fixed delivery schedules and reserve the right to extend the delivery period if necessary. Our goal is, of course, to make our customers happy, and we make every effort to deliver as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

We cover all shipping costs — they are included in the total price. Every customer pays the same amount, regardless of the delivery destination.

Shipping Partners

We work with reliable shipping partners such as [e.g., DHL, DPD, Hermes, Post, UPS] to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. With this number, you can check the status of your delivery online at any time. (Dedicated tracking tab in the main menu)

Delivery Areas

We deliver worldwide, however, we can only guarantee the specified delivery timeframe within Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Italy, France, Liechtenstein, Norway, Slovenia, and the Czech Republic. Outside these countries, we unfortunately cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
